Digital Twin Package

Initial Consultation: A collaborative session with Raymond Gutierrez, the Chief Creative Officer of Reezii, to discuss potential development and desired changes for The Property.
3D Modeling: Provision of a detailed 3D building information model of The Property in its current state, available as a downloadable file.
Contractor Assessment & Estimate: Organization and coordination of a licensed general contractor to conduct an assessment of The Property and estimate costs for the interior remodel and ADU construction.
3D Renderings: Creation of detailed 3D renderings of the proposed remodel of The Property, which will include:
Ten interior still images.
Five exterior still images.
A video showcasing the proposed remodel during different times of day (Morning, Afternoon, and Evening) to simulate various lighting conditions.
Interactive 3D Tour: Development of an interactive 3D tour that illustrates the proposed remodel for The Property.
Drone Videography and Photography: Capture of exterior footage of The Property in it's current state, including a 30 second drone video and 2 still photos.
Photography: Capture of 10 still photos of The Property in its current state.
Custom Renderings and Estimates: At the request of Stephen Quan, the provision of either:
One revision package of 3D renderings OR
One package of custom renderings and estimates for a potential buyer, subject to local building and zoning codes.
This service is available until The Property ownership transfers or up to one year after this contract execution.
